I’ve been a costumer with State Farm’s for years service has really gone downhill went in person to add my life policy The people in the office were unable to help me saying they need an underwriter a few days later I get a call that they have the quote. I call and still have to wait to get a final answer how hard is it to get a quote I don’t have all this time to waste driving from La Porte to Pasadena to have my time wasted
