We have been with Tom Clarke at State Farm for many decades and in this day and age when customer service is lacking in many businesses and services, it is never lacking with State Farm Insurance. A recent claim we submitted last fall for a damaged mailbox on our property tested this process of customer service and at each step along the way, receipts for our expenditures were expeditiously paid without question. I have been doing business at this agency for 10+ years now and never once have they let me down. Very reliable and time sensitive, Kaitlyn is the best. She usually picks up the phone when I call and if she can’t she quick to call back. I cant thank everyone at the office enough!!!
Tom Clarke has zero people skills. He takes your money and gives nothing in return. HORRIBLE!!!!!!
