My family and I just ate at the Ft. Collins Tom + Chee - we've never been to a Tom + Chee before - and all we can say is WOW! I usually don't do reviews often- but this place rocked! This is not your regular grilled cheese, the kind you make at home, this is true GOURMET GRILLED CHEESE sandwiches! We had the Flying Pig, the Turkey Pesto, the Hot + Spicy, and the Swiss + Shroom.
