Cajun Chicken Wings I was introduced to Cajun wings from a girlfriend and I thought they can't be good. While - I was 100% wrong - these are the best wings around. They come nice and crispy and the taste is out of this world - add some homemade blue cheese dressing and your in heaven. Great job.
Horrible place The waiter was extremely rude. He slammed down my plate and embarrassed me in front of my dining companions. Then he screwed up the check to guarantee that he got a tip. The restaurant's management was no better, as they didn't care when I told them about what had happened. I mean, what a bunch of freaking jerks.
Cavallo's is...Cavallo's. I've only been to Cavallo's for their famous wing nights, which are somewhat lost on me since I'm vegetarian. But their beer selection is good, and they're always hoppin! Sometimes parking is a pain and there might be a wait depending on the popularity of the evening.

Best wings around – The unlimited spaghetti special is a good deal -- but I'd only really go here for the wings or the blooming onions. The wings are by far the best in the area. They're made with quality, big chicken wings -- crispy and covered in fantastic sauce. Great prices too, especially on Tuesday wing nights.

Offensive service, and the management couldn't care less – On April 3, 2006, I had a highly unpleasant experience with one of the waiters. I drove to the restaurant at around 7:00PM with four of my friends because we wanted to order the unlimited spaghetti special. When our waiter came, he was holding several plates of spaghetti in one hand. I helped him by taking one of the plates and setting it down on the table. The best Italian food in Utica – Awsome food and Large portions: you will be bringing food back home. Always good prompt service. Great place to bring the family, go for a date, go for some drinks....anything!! Try not to fill up on the delicious bread before your meal comes! I've been ther many times, and no complaints.
