I recently had some work done on my Mini at Tom Bush Mini, and the experience was excellent. They did have to wait a few days for a part to arrive, but they made the process as easy as possible by making sure I had transportation in the meantime. Throughout the entire repair, they kept me updated and were very communicative, so I always knew what was going on. Excellent service
I had a detailed list of repairs and service issues on our Mini S Cooper convertible. This was not a routine minor process. This Cooper S is a secondary pleasure fun car. It needs to also be a safe mode of transportation. Allison, the mechanical and technology team were and are on the game. Allison as the primary point of contact managed and coordinated our needs.
