Allison reviewed our service needs and kept us informed regarding progress. The only negative was that the service department failed to adjust our tire pressure after rotating our tires

I love my vehicles and follow the recommended services for maintenance of each to the exact detail. I considered that once my MINI Cooper Clubman had driven its last mile, that I would replace it with a new MINI. Tom Bush MINI in Jacksonville changed my mind. Very opportunistic. Very one sided. Alison was very helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant. She arranged for a loaner, answered all my questions and contacted me when my car was ready to be picked up. This was the best experience I had bringing my car in for a service. I called the next day with a question about the no passenger air bag sign and she explained that only happens when there wasn’t a passenger and she put my worries at rest. She was wonderful! Kudos to Alison!
