Yes, we may pay a wee bit more for some service elements;; however, value is seen in the "big picture" in the long haul. Disappointed. Found out a few days later my front struts have deteriorated. This is after paying them for a full vehicle inspection. Taking it someplace that knows what they are doing. Find a reliable service company and stay away from Tom Bush
My service experience with Tom Bush MINI has been wonderful since I bought my car in December 2025. Alison Arbuckle does an excellent job of handling my maintenance and service concerns, has been responsive and helpful when I have called with questions, always asks to make sure that I am happy with my MINI, and advises me of available services and options. The best service experience I've ever had. I recently traded in an Audi because I was getting frustrated with the service department at the local Audi dealership. They were always trying to upsell me and very aggressive about repairs that weren't necessary. My experience at the Mini service was the exact opposite. There were very upfront. Told me some things that I didn't need to do. I would highly recommend
