Hunter and Kevin were so very helpful, patient and kind. I needed a new key fob and they had it to me the next day. This the second time I have used the parts department. Both times, the department in both dealerships went above and beyond my expectations. Thanks, guys!

This dealer only blames the manufacturers of the Mini products, and is not responsible for the products it sells. When I bought a trunk rubber mat, and I was told that it would take from a month to two months to receive it. After two months, I had to call about the product, and after complaining, they called me to pick up one that was on hold. After driving 20 miles one way and waiting an hour at the parts department, the rubber mat was not the correct size for my car (Do not fit). Apparently the Mini company has not adjuste... read more
