Walked into BMW dealership to “look” at a couple vehicles and then we met Kevin Figueiredo…he was professional and very helpful. Left the dealership a couple hours later with a new to us vehicle. I bought a pre-owned 7-Series. While driving it back to my home state, a strong burnt rubber smell started coming from the vents. Stunk up the entire interior. Then, while stopped at a gas station to fill up, I get back in the car to drive off, the car doesn’t start. After calling AAA, the tow truck driver determined that the battery was dead.
