I got five bids for an exterior repaint of our home, and Tom's bid was in the middle. The quality of his work, however, is the best I've ever seen: Going over every inch after he finished, I couldn't find a single mistake or flaw. Plus, there's the added advantage that you're hiring the person who's going to do the actual painting -- not a boss who drives up in his $80K truck every other day to yell at his minions. :-) Tom's a great guy, and highly recommended.
