Been with State Farm since I started driving. It's always refreshing that I have someplace that I can call to pose my questions to vs. an 800 number. My question today was probably simple but really appreciated Gavin's attention and actioning my request right away. For me, I am willing to pay a little more to receive great service in return.
I needed to change my home owners insurance today, and I needed it yesterday with special riders etc. he not only got it done in a few hours but he pushed up my coverage to better cover my condo and only changed the rate by 4 dollars a year. I will be working with him soon to update my other insurances. Thank you Tom Bullock you saved the day.
