I cannot overstate how kind and caring Tom is!! He has been so generous with his time and explained everything to me, helping me learn about my car in the process. He really knows his stuff and is creative, scrappy, thorough, and prepared with certain parts on site. (Not to mention cheaper than anything you can find in the city). Honest, knowledgeable mechanic. Tom is great: he will explain everything to you before fixing your car and also he will not try to sell you something you don't need. I would recommend to anyone who needs work done on a hybrid.
My Subaru Crosstrek Hybrid just up and quit on my son last year. Had it towed to the closest shop, where they took a look and told me they had no clue what was wrong as it was giving dozens of error codes. Took it to Tom at Butler County Hybrid and he diligently analyzed the issues. He didn't just start replacing expensive parts that were not functioning without figuring out why they quit in the first place.
