A rock hit my hybrid system radiator when I as driving my daily driver. This rare model car is critical to me and I realized it was toast immediately. I called the dealership for emergency service but they're to weeks out and say they can't help me. No one out there wants to touch a hybrid part, even if it's just the radiator. Butler County Hybrid replaced the head gasket on my 2013 Prius. Tom and Laura were very clear and helpful along the way, from the quote to confirming the coolant leak to updating me on when my car would be ready for pick-up. The repair was in Nov/Dec of 2025, and my engine is running happily in May 2026. The folks at Butler County Hybrid have earned my trust for jobs big and small; I will be glad to continue bringing my car to them.
