Scam artist. Left job incomplete and never returned. He was paid in full, in advance. He cannot handle intricate detailed work and over estimates his abilities and cannot back up his workmanship. We found another local company the did the most amazing job, no issues whatsoever. Tim laid tile sheets upside down and was called back immediately to fix. He never returned calls or emails, and ruined our very EXPENSIVE Italian mosaic tiles sheets, which we had to reorder more of, at our expense (for now) Stay away from this guy. T... read more

I REALLY hate to leave a bad review for a small business but I should caution anyone who is considering hiring Tom for a complicated and/or high-end job. I am sure he is fine for basic and simple, builder-grade tile installation but he was in over his head on my expensive cement and odd-shaped tile, and I wish he would have just admitted that and declined the job. I interviewed him ahead of time and he assured me he was meticulous; I've attached photos to show that was not the case. I am giving Tom two stars because I trust ... read more
Wonderful
Tom installed our kitchen backsplash. He did a fantastic job. He is not only very professional, he is also a craftsmen--he really enjoys the work he does. He was on time, friendly, and I thought very affordable. Very easy to work with. I can't recommend him highly enough!
