I have eaten here only once last year and it was ok. Then I visited Jacksonville again this year and decided to give Tom $Betty’s another chance. As I was ordering my broccoli soup I asked a cup of hot milk on the side to dilute soup as I don’t like thick soups and waitress Priscilla insisted that’s not how soup is served. I explain most broccoli soups are very thick due to excessive cheese and I’ve always asked for hot milk on the side at other restaurants and oblige with any questions.
