If I could give Tom and Eva Betsill 10 stars, I would We had the BEST experience with them! Selling a home is stressful and you want someone that is optomistic and that you feel is really representing you as the seller.. We interviewed other realtors and when Tom and Eva sat in our home and talked to us my husband and I knew they were perfect to sell our home. Tom and Eva were incredible to work with! They are honest, transparent and know how to market a home to sell. Homes in our neighborhood had a tendency to sit on the market for months and they were able to sell our home at a fair price and very quickly. I would use them again without hesitation and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a realtor.

Tom and Eva are in the process of selling our home. From the initial meeting, to listing pictures, to open house, to now being under contract, the communication has been great! The Betsills did an incredible job with helping us to sell our home. From having contractors to fix minor issues, photographing our home and handling contract nuances, we were incredibly happy with our experience! If we were to ever move back to Cibolo/San Antonio, they would be our first option to help us find a new home!
