We have been absolutely delighted with the service provided by Tom. We found ourselves with a faulty inverter on our solar system . We didn't know who to call so I tried Tom . He answered straight away and was across promptly to fix our problem . We was so happy we enquired about a solar battery he discussed our requirements professionally and offered a competitive price. Excellent response from Tom when I had a power failure in the evening. Tom answered the phone straight away, gave advice over the phone to try to sort things out at least until the following morning, without the need for an after hours call-out, and when the problem couldn’t be resolved even temporarily, was at the house within half an hour. He returned the following morning as promised with the spare parts needed to sort out the issue. Very professional, helpful and in terms of cost, very reasonable. Highly recommend Tom.
