Tom Becker provided us with incredible service. He was prompt to answer any questions we had and guided us through the purchase process. His costs were very reasonable and more affordable than other companies. The installation staff were incredibly kind and helpful and assisted us with additional help. I would recommend Tom and is team to anyone. They do fantastic work! We are very pleased with how everything turned out and costs were kept very affordable.

Tom provided excellent guidance when we needed to replace the carpet in our mother's condo and recommended a style that was both beautiful and practical for wheelchair use. There was a production error which delayed the carpet delivery, but Tom kept us up to date on everything. When we had to delay the installation, Tom was very understanding and accommodated our timeline. The finished product looks amazing thanks to Tom and his crew. We highly recommend his services!

We recently used Tom Becker Carpet and Flooring for patching up an area from a wall we removed. We had carpet on hand that we wanted to use as eventually we will re-carpet the whole space. I emailed and within an hour I received a call back and was schedule for the next day. They quoted me a fair price and that was the price I paid. They also went above and beyond what I feel some companies would do and extended the patch work from wall to wall to look ecstatically pleasing verses leaving the middle part of the unmatched car... read more
