Tom Becker provided us with incredible service. He was prompt to answer any questions we had and guided us through the purchase process. His costs were very reasonable and more affordable than other companies. The installation staff were incredibly kind and helpful and assisted us with additional help. Tom provided excellent guidance when we needed to replace the carpet in our mother's condo and recommended a style that was both beautiful and practical for wheelchair use. There was a production error which delayed the carpet delivery, but Tom kept us up to date on everything. When we had to delay the installation, Tom was very understanding and accommodated our timeline. The finished product looks amazing thanks to Tom and his crew. We highly recommend his services!
