After I left a negative review on another website, I recieved a voice mail from the owner berating and belittling me because I decided not to do business with them. I fully believe that this business is based solely on making money and not based in the ideals of customer service and satisfaction.
Stay away from this place, attitude, lies, unprofessional. Came to do a simple nys inspection, I came with a tight schedule. I called in advance, they said max one hour. I had to wait 2:30 hours for a simple, simple inspection. Do NOT come here. I was threatened before i left, yes threatened. They said "if you don't pick up and leave, I will drag you out". Make your own conclusion.
They are not parts changers!!!! They diagnose the problem and repair what is needed . very professional shop . Most importantly , they are very nice and explain everything to you with no attitudes. Great Service. I would and do recommend this Shop as much as poss. Quality Work . You wont be dissapointed.
This is the best auto shop I have ever used. I have taken all of my vehicles to Tom & Artie's and has never been unhappy with their service. They are trustworthy and reliable. I will never take my car anywhere else. Try this shop and you will never be disappointed !!!
