Consistency and willingness to help. Great hands great bedside manner. 5 stars Zero stars. NOW THE KSC billing department is another story. It gets exhausting trying to babysit them to ensure proper insurance filing so I do not have to get stuck with self pay my bill in full cash out of pocket. They have totally dropped the ball and from top leadership down. One of the best if not best experiences I have had. I came to see her due to being in the er peeing blood and clots. She was very empathic, listened, was curious and asked questions, she was thorough and prepared. She had already looked at my chart before I came in. I appreciate that she came in prepared. She is very knowledgeable and when she explained things to me, she did it in a way I could understand. She even drew a chart to help me better understand. She is an excellent care-giver! She listens completely and answers fully in understandable terms. She truly "cares" for and about her patients.
She was amazing. When she first entered the room she advised me she had done some research on my current health problem. She had arranged to have the CT scan and the summary from my visit to Memorial Hermann transfered to my chart and was fully prepared for my visit. Very easy to speak with and a great disposition. I will be using her again in the future
