The superintendent gave me directions to a delish place for breakfast and was kind and informative with passion for his park . The mounds were impressive especially considering that they made them one basket 🧺 at a time. A dock into mound lake would be awesome.
Pet friendly and very nice park rangers. Only a fee spots for shade, so remember to bring water and sunscreen!
Awesome place, great trails. The trails are dog friendly, just can’t bring non-service pets inside. Trail access closes at 4pm (not listed on the website).
