Toltec Mounds Archeological State Park is located in Lonoke County, Arkansas. This archaeological site protects an 18-mound complex with the tallest surviving prehistoric mounds in Arkansas. This site was occupied by its original inhabitants from 600 C.E to 1050 C.E. It got added to the National Register of Historic Places on January 12, 1973.

It's was kinda rainy and cold when we came here. We stepped out seen the Mounds but didn't go walk down there. They had alot of good info in the lobby and the other room.
