Our Whirlpool refrigerator suddenly stopped working and we urgently needed a new one. We checked the local Home Depot and saw a GE one we liked but no sales employees were working who could answer any questions. I have had no service on my ice maker for weeks now. Tolson's claims that the parts haven't come in yet. Now I think that should replace the entire refrigerator. Ice is filling the two bottom drawers and I am unable to remove vegetables , etc.
