Horrible I avoided big box stores to avoid bad service but these guys are no better waited a week for a fridge when I could have gotten one much quicker from big box stores because they said they could take the old appliance. Well they decided they couldnt get the old one down the steps and left me with an old fridge in the living room after we took pics and measurements lol. 1800 got junk took the old fridge down the steps quickly with 2 guys and bare hands. This review applies to Tolson's appliance repair - William did a great job repairing my 20-year-old Bosch dryer and went above and beyond to get it working again. Ask for him if you need repair work.
In the Fall of 2021 I started the process of a kitchen remodel. I chose Tolson Appliance Center because I could get a designer, order cabinets, counters and appliances all at the same place. I have no issue with the appliances or the help with ordering them. Unfortunately I am very disappointed with the kitchen designer, Jacqueline DeLuca, mainly her recommendations. Bought a new refrigerator from here, and the service was excellent. We chose to haul it and they went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Super friendly and helpful staff!
I do try to promote shopping local; however, I do not recommend Tolson's Appliance Center, Gotham Sales or New Leaf Service Contracts. An $1,140 purchase made for an appliance including warranty with a $100 refund at end of warranty if no claims were made seemed like a good idea. I have the original receipt, original product manual and print out from New Leaf website that documents purchase including dates and warranty coverage.
