I was pulled over in a parking lot putting snow on my windshield as I ran out of windshield washer fluid, when a plow owned by Tolsma pulled up next to me. I wasn’t sure why but when I started pulling away the man from the truck was walking towards me with some windshield washer fluid . He asked if I needed him to put some of it in my car for me.
