My warranty company sent Tolly's to my house for an A/C problem. James came out to my house and said the capacitor was bad and left to get a new one. He came back and said the compressor was bad after swapping the capacitor and provided an invoice for $2,300. They he said they needed the money up front for the part before they would order it. James was able to determine the issue over the phone and help me get it heating again until he could come for the repair. He was able to work me in to a cancelation spot even earlier than scheduled. He showed up with the correct parts and repaired it while fixing the issues the last repair people created. We were very impressed with his customer service.
Terrible experience with this company. Our home warranty company sent them out and it went downhill from there. The female I spoke to after Mr. Tolly came out was extremely unprofessional and rude. Please call someone else! 0 stars
