This office is a mess. Frankly, none of the staff ever gives the vibe they want to be there. More so than other pediatricians that I've experienced in my life. If it wasnt for our great nurse practioner, Kristin Niehanke, this would be a 1 star review. I can understand a 30 minute wait here, 45 minutes there - especially during sick season. But waiting over an hour while 4 people that arrived and checked in after my baby go back before us was my final straw.
