Hired Mr Tollison after having been aquatinted with him for many years. He was still the very kind, affable man I remembered and had faith it would be a job well done. Upon his completion I was shocked to find streaks, runs, poorly covered areas and areas that hadn't been painted at all. The color was an eggshell trim not much darker than the primed areas he was painting.
