I went to see Mr. Tollison about obtaining grandparents rights for my grandbaby and laid everything out on the table. He worked with me financially and helped me figure out where I stood and what I needed to file. He helped me enormously just navigating what I should do as I had never had to deal with anything like this. He won the case for me and now I get to see my granddaughter every week! He works with the opps. Doesn’t try his hardest, once he does lose he will blame his client instead of looking at the whole picture. I would find someone else. Just a waste of time! He is full of tricks and quit on my case! He manipulated me into signing paperwork for a contract or he wouldn’t tell me anything about my case doesn’t take no for an answer he will peer pressure you! Very corrupt see him hanging out with the other lawyers that he’s supposed to be going against always talking about other lawyers having more money in that we should be paying him more money when we made payments of $500 or more at a time he would act like this is only a light bill and that our money was worthless we end up paying $20,000 in three years fighting a case he kept dragging on us for hours. He did not work billing us for things. He did not ask before he did. We wanted to drop the case. He kept making us drag the ... read more
