We have had a number of carpets cleaned by Tolliday over the last 6 or 7 years. They always do a great job and remove even the most difficult stains. The pick up and delivery is always on time and very professional. We have no hesitancy in recommending Tolliday.
Ara did a superb job of cleaning my wool and bamboo silk carpet. This was a very expensive custom made carpet which became stained when my dog became sick on it. Ara came multiple times to treat the stain and restored the carpet completely. Once he was done, my dog got sick again and created a new stain! Ara returned immediately to treat this stain as well and charged minimally for this additional service, though he still had to make two visits to my home. Great service and great results.
Had my off-white fluffy area rug cleaned (it wasn’t an expensive carpet) recently & just unrolled it. Not at all happy with the results, it still looks dirty and seems to have more brownish stains on one side. Also the areas which had lighter stains on it, look awful - as if somebody just used a wet brush and let it dry. The middle of the carpet looks great, there wasn’t much to clean as I had a coffee table on that spot! We are absolutely thrilled with the cleaning, moth treatment and repairs done on our very large 14'X10' wool carpet! At first, we felt sick, believing we were going to have to throw it out because of the 4"X4" empty space where the pile had been eaten away by moths. I phoned Ara, got a quote, and they came to our home in Surrey, within days. They picked it up and then returned it in just a few weeks! The result is absolutely flawless.
