I had three varying size area rugs cleaned. The service was friendly and efficient. I will definitely take all my area carpets to Tolliday in future (now Grandville Carpets I believe).
Tolliday did a great job cleaning our expensive light colour wool rug. They even removed a rust stain, and they are notoriously hard to remove. It looks like it's brand new! Since the rug is very large, they picked up and delivered it and made sure that it was replaced in the exact position we wanted. Great service!
Highly recommended, service was excellent and quick. Staff couldn’t have been nicer and our carpets look amazing.
My area rug was picked and cleaned thoroughly then retuned within 2 weeks. No more blueberry smoothie:-)
I am very pleased with the work done on my three rugs. I was especially pleased with the extra time Jon spent to explain and inform me about our silk on silk rug and how it was treated during the cleaning and repair process. I would highly recommend Tolliday for rug repair and cleaning.
