This is the first GP surgery I’ve seen in my entire life where Doctors, pharmacists and other healthcare professionals will PRETEND to call you on your phone for GP appointments, clock out, then say they couldn’t reach your number in the notes. Also Dr Hassan, please treat your job seriously. I have been a patient for 40 years I am disgusted at the service you fill out a form then wait 2 days for a reply only to be told you will get a phone call in 2 weeks Why? YOU NEED HELP NOW NOT IN 14 DAYS the system is failing its patients
I had a blood test this week and the Lobotomist (Vicky?) was exceptional. She was so quick and efficient (2 minutes) and I hardly felt the needle and had no soreness or bruising. Amazing. Keep up the good work and high standard.
