I had a blood test this week and the Lobotomist (Vicky?) was exceptional. She was so quick and efficient (2 minutes) and I hardly felt the needle and had no soreness or bruising. Amazing. Keep up the good work and high standard.

Worst and inconvinient GP practice. They are extremely not flexible as you have to wait a very long time to contact them on the phone and the forms are only open during certain times which makes no sense as some people are working. Nevertheless the online forms are open on a restricted time. As general patients we are compramising for them rather than the other way round. For someone who has had a major trauma and now is bed bound for a while. To get the doctor to respond is a trauma in itself. Continually online forms for a ongoing issue. Can only fill these out within certain hours. Extremely poor service considering that this business is reliant on the NHS for its funding. There seems to be a lack of understanding of customer service and who exactly is the customer. Any private business that behaves like this would be out of business very quickly. Deeply frustrated by the appalling service from the pharmacy team linked to this practice. They misread my consultant’s letter and stopped my repeat medication without contacting me. As there is no way for patients to contact this team, I had to resort to calling reception. I was eventually sent a link by the pharmacy team so that I could provide my explanation, which I did. A simple phone call could have clarified the situation but the team appear reluctant to speak to patients and prefer to hide behind messages and texts. ... read more
