Impossible to get hold of the reception, I am the first in the queue for already 30 minutes and still waiting.
Rude receptionist. Impossible to get in-person appointments. Either ask to fill a big eform or telephonic consultation
Carol Hastings is the best nurse practitioner on the planet. So caring, patient, full of great advice and so easy to talk to with openness and honesty. A real asset to this medical practice. The whole team here are great, but Carol deserved a special mention.
Joke of a GP - fill out their econsult with an urgent issue and they give an appointment a month later for it (and not even an in person one!!)
