We have been bringing our two dogs here since 2015. We had great experiences in the beginning. The past few years have been awful. One dog had surgery and the techs refused to talk to update me on my baby during his surgery, their excuse was they couldn't update both my husband and I, as they were busy e ven when i specifically asked to be contacted. Then this year we brought them in for annual check ups and the Dr claimed she did her exam in the back room while they did routine blood work. We didn't not see her give an exam... read more
This place closed with no notification to pet owners at all! That is not a way to do business that’s for sure!

I was recommended to Tollgate for my dog's surgery and am so thankful I went there! Dr. Ellsworth and the staff are so kind and gave my boy all the care he needed. She was available to answer questions, called to check in on him and made the whole experience really wonderful. I am so thankful for Tollgate!
