Never had a problem with them very well knowing ppl
I do not understand the other reviews of Tollers's. He has been to our house two or three times and has always been prompt and has given us good service. In regards to our experience , I would recommend him to anyone.
This repair service was given to me by my warranty company. It took me 9 days to get an appointment. When he came out he said it looked as though the refrigerator would be too expensive to fix. He assured me he would call the warranty company and get back with me. He never called back. I called the warranty company and found that he had called and they told him my refrigerator repair was too expensive to fix. He did not call me with this information. Don't call them. Well, you can try, but you won't get through for 2 months! After coming and attempting a repair that didn't solve the issue they have completely ignored my calls for more business. I'm not sure how they're in business if they refuse to do any work!
I am very pleased with the service that Toller's provided. He was right on time and very friendly/professional. No hidden charges!!!! I would highly recommend this business to anyone in need of a refrigerator repair.
