Waste of time and money. Appraisal is worthless and will need to be redone. An almost identical house on the same street was excluded from the appraisal and instead used a house from a different city, negatively and significantly impacting appraised value. Brandon acknowledged a 'complete miss' on his part but will not revise the appraisal or refund. Very poor communication - does not respond to outreach to rectify. After 6 months of trying, i have given up and chalked up the appraisal as a complete loss.
Terrible evaluation and it’s been redone to find its half the value of the other. Don’t use if you value your home or property.
Absolutely worst appraisal I’ve ever seen on more than 1 property. If you want a fair, accurate appraisal choose another company.
