The dance class, cycling studio, and swimming pool were all well-maintained and clean. The staff were all polite and friendly. It is an enjoyable environment, and I am grateful for it.
Really disappointed with the hygiene and cleanliness standards. The gym equipment was often dirty, the changing rooms weren’t well maintained, and overall the space didn’t feel cared for. Sadly, I’ve cancelled my membership and won’t be recommending it to others. A venue of this scale should be held to higher standards, especially when it comes to health and hygiene.
