As far as l'm concerned, this Practice has gone right downhill. They used to be very good, but unfortunately not now! Dreading going back for my next appointment!
Can you clarify as a matter of public interest if you are now using Anesthetic containing Graphene oxide?
Real Scammers. They overcharged my credit card 170 pounds. Instead of 230 pounds my card was charged 400 pounds. when I noticed customer service staff said they can’t refund with permission of the manager. Now I’m overseas and trying to contact them but no response. Over the phone their staff is keep making foolish stories. One them said to me over the phone that manger going to email me directly or I can sort it out when I visit Glasgow next time.
Private patients are given same day appointments while poor NHS patients are treated as second class citizens, they charge NHS patients for anything they can get away with. I had to sit listening to reception staff slagging off a patients among themselves. All my life with this surgery witnessed all the good staff leave, now I know why! I wont be back. Avoid at all costs
