Great front of house team
I went to the collection centre as per the instruction from customer care. When I reached the executive, says that my package was not with them, it was available at another collection centre which is 40+ KM away from Rockingham—an awful experience with the toll. I am rating it two stars due to the package I received from the Hazelmere collection centre.
It is crazy that I have to take a day off to pick up a parcel because of 9-4pm opening hours. And I have only 7 days to do it, before it will be sent back to UK. Dear, Toll, fix your bloody opening hours. Not a rocket science, isn't it?
I don’t blame the staff, but the organisation not catering to full time workers for parcel collection is an absolute joke. I, like many others work beyond the opening hours. Start listening to your public, even Aust Post has Saturday mornings for collection. Extremely unhappy that we’re expected to take time off work just to collect something.
