Great front of house team
I went to the collection centre as per the instruction from customer care. When I reached the executive, says that my package was not with them, it was available at another collection centre which is 40+ KM away from Rockingham—an awful experience with the toll. I am rating it two stars due to the package I received from the Hazelmere collection centre.
It is crazy that I have to take a day off to pick up a parcel because of 9-4pm opening hours. And I have only 7 days to do it, before it will be sent back to UK. Dear, Toll, fix your bloody opening hours. Not a rocket science, isn't it?
