Absolutley worst courier experience EVER!!! Would give zero stars if that was an option. Refused to deliver to my address saying the road it too bad, even though it was sealed 18 months ago. Said I could meet truck a Kozi Rd, I informed them I have an injury and can't lift the parcel, their response was "TOO BAD, WE WONT HELP" No local contact information available, but eventually got a call from 0408153321
Good luck receiving packagers. No phone number. Don't delivery to my address, then returns to sender.
Terrible lucky to find anyone and none local can tell you anything and it's not toll/ipec anymore they were good can't remember name because hopefully won't deal with them any more
Ron was happy to work with me to make a delivery happen and deserves a big Kudos! cheers man!(think the mobile number is incorrect btw)
They are always helpful and friendly. If they have time they are up for a chat. Nice people to deal with.
