The people at the Regency Park depot are the reason this isn't a 1 star review. They deserve 5 stars and the rest of the business deserves minus 10. The tracking said my freight was delivered on Monday, contacted live chat who said I'd get contacted in about 6 minutes, hadn't heard anything for 2 days so called, got told it was my fault and then was lied to about when it would arrive. The company's service is definitely not worth the cost
Lies, lies and more lies.... They must be paying Big W to make their deliveries. Crap customer service. Call on hold for more than an hour. Driver lied about attempting delivery but was caught out on CCTV. No calling card could be left also (Because they never came). Don't ever pay extra for redelivery as they lie. Great business model! Will never use again!
