Absolutely sick to the core of dealing with this company. Point by point here is their best efforts. Apparently delivery drivers take the parcels to their homes and later deliver them at their own convenience, for example 3 am , what a shocker nobody is there to take the parcel and to top it up the driver seems very keen in delivering the parcel that even knock on the roller shutters of my shop at 3 am to later mark it as miss delivery. Next morning the parcel is back on route to be delivered, but guess what ? He can't be bo... read more
