Dear me, dear me, I have learnt my lesson. Do not order a Modem through TPG, they use Toll to return them. And what a painful experience of trying to have your parcel picked up. You can ring at 8:28 am and have a job not put through and be waiting until 5:00 pm. You can ring back 4 or 5 times and be even more frustrated with not having the parcel collected.
