Need to arrange Driver bathroom on site
First delivery was unsuccessful due to not being home, fair enough. Second attempt I was home. Driver buzzed my unit to be let into my building, however, left prior to me being able to sign, inspect and accept the package. They left me the package which was delivered damaged. Advised the sender of the issue and they are kindly arranging to have a replacement product be sent out, unfortunately with Toll again…
If you have a package you're indifferent about and you're sending it to someone you despise, Toll is the perfect courier. For all other circumstance, avoid like the plague. Their delivery service is appalling, and only exceeded by the customer service when you try to complain.
