Linda, I'm sorry that your purchase did not work out. Even though the timning issue you experienced is not covered under our warranty we worked with you to try and resolve your problem, ultimately refunding 100% of the purchase price of the motor. I'm not sure what else I can do for you. I can't refund more than you paid.
