I am not happy with no options to get delivery on weekends even if you have any emergency. Also, they provides wrong information and different information every time. Not happy with their service not going to use this service anymore.
WE AM NOT HAPPY WITH TOLL AT ALL .OUR PARCEL WAS ON ITS WAY AND WAS SUDDENLY TAKEN BACK TO THE DEPOT .NO EXPLANATION AT ALL EXCEPT WE HAD TO ALLOCATE A COLLECTION OR PH THE SERVICE SO ONE OF US COULD ORGANIZE A REDELIVERY .IT WAS NEVER DELIVERED IN THE FIRST PLACE .VERY UPSET AND DISGUISTED .STILL HAVENT BEEN GIVEN ANY EXPLANTION AND THE PARCEL IS STILL AT THE DEPOT .UNTIL NOW WE HAVE NEVER EVER HAD A PROBLEM BUT WE NEVER WANT TO USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN
