Roof leaking after just 4 years. Never had this experience from 2 previous homes that were built by local builders.
5 years after building with them and we still hiring people to fix the crap this builder did in our home. Is a miracle this house haven’t fall down on us. Do yourself a favor and GO ELSEWHERE. Their customer service is awful, the quality of the materials is the cheapest contractor they can find. Message me and I can tell you more about it. Don’t believe their customer service, they will tell you “it is like that”, and they will never repair anything.
We expect some inputs from the design studio consultants but they are of minnimal help. We had to pay hundreds of $ just to get an extra outlet and a switch. Major concern was the kitchen pantry outlet, not knowing where the door for the pantry comes we placed the outlet. Now the outlet is towards the door and all the racks are on the other side.
