While the Design Studio is a wonderful perk in the building process, our experience at this location in winter 2021 was very disappointing. The staff member that we worked with criticized us for not doing enough homework before our meetings and provided no design opinions or insights. They seemed unprepared for a full house project when they were use to designing townhomes. We would have had a more pleasant and productive experience if we had been given the Excel file to fill in on our own.
The people in the design studio are very knowledgeable and professional. They make the choices easier.
