Totally made a mess of our selections. Make sure you take pictures of EVERYTHING. The designer messed up and Toll tried to make us pay for it. NOT COOL!! Also, be prepared to ask many question. They only have pictures of layouts. They do not go into detail as to how things will really look. We weren’t told of a layout design for the kitchen, but found out it was an option when we walked the home two doors down and saw their kitchen. Vivian did an amazing job guiding me through the process. I can see my ideas come to life within my budget and that was a great feeling. This part of the process is never easy however Vivian made me feel heard, helped me stay focus and ultimately left me with a great feeling about every choice I made.

We just wrapped up with Casey Parise at the Design Center. She was amazingly patient and professional. Coming from somebody who is in the industry, she was a dream to work with. Y'all have a great designer! Thank-you for help Casey!
