Yep, Worst builder ever, had to cancel a contract to purchase because of their unreasonable demand to have the inspector sign away all rights even if Toll Brothers purposely harmed the inspector. Ridiculous. Its because they know that any good, seasoned inspectors would not sign it.
Toll Brother Design Center employees Jenna and Laura were great! Jenna is an Interior Designer. She was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. Laura helped me price options like flooring and cabinets. They were both excellent.
Totally made a mess of our selections. Make sure you take pictures of EVERYTHING. The designer messed up and Toll tried to make us pay for it. NOT COOL!! Also, be prepared to ask many question. They only have pictures of layouts. They do not go into detail as to how things will really look. We weren’t told of a layout design for the kitchen, but found out it was an option when we walked the home two doors down and saw their kitchen.
