I am so happy that I was able to have an orientation before buying a house with Toll Brothers because that made my decision to not buy a house with them crystal clear. This orientation is also “newer” for them, so I feel bad for the people who have bought homes with this builder and couldn’t have a chance to see what they offer until going to their design meeting AFTER they sign contracts.
