They make a good home, many items were wrong along the way causing us to inform them to correct. Sadly to correct the drainage issues behind our Signature lot left us with an unusable backyard. They will not attempt to correct merely stating that is the design Baker Residential had provided them. Instaed of making things better, they leave it. At least 10 things were severely wrong with our build.
We had recently bought a brand new home in there Signture Collection and love it, from the people who help us at there design center to the people who gave us the key everyone was sooo kind. I love the home. Most time I buy homes there is usally one or two problems. But this time there were none. I would suggest anyone how is looking at homes in the area come by there model home or just take a stroll around the community. They make great and well design homes.
