We moved into our newly built home in September and everyday since we have had issues with almost everything. Our garage door was chipping the paint was coming off. It took them 4 months to replace. Then the drawers of the kitchen cabinets was not in the designs that we agreed on. They finally replaced them in 7 weeks came and cracked them all during installation They finally fixed them last week after 6 months. I called the number listed on google and spoke to a Malcom but he was unprofessional and came off rather arrogant (even referred to me as sweetheart.) However after some googling I spoke with another man in sales and he was excellent. I am unsure if it’s a direct line, but consider putting a more professional and knowledgeable number to be listed for the company.
