I am a current buyer and have entered into an agreement back in Feb. So far, my experience with Toll Brothers have been pretty mixed. Here’s my review and hope it is helpful for future buyers as well as management so they could improve the buying process - Pros: 1. Good Plans and lot of elevation options 2. Had a wonderful experience as a first time buyer . Sales team(Erik and victoria) was amazing and did a wonderful job in understanding our requirement , explaining us multiple things, showed us the different architectures and how the diff toll brothers offered architeture address our need..overall it was an amazing day 1 experience
Worst customer service and bad build quality. I was told “it doesn’t matter” and “who cares” when requesting to see floor plan brochures for plans in the neighborhood. Masuma Kaka was the clearly temporary help on staff and she should not be allowed to “sell” anything for any builder. Sorry to have bothered you while you were “working.”
