This company is a joke. Research the company before building, do private inspections on the house ( even if its new construction), make sure everything they agree to is in writing, they like to change their minds a lot. Terrible customer service for spending 850K in a house.
Walked in, asked sales person to tell me about the $699k, he smirked and says doesn’t exist. Lot premium alone takes it PAST $725k, evidently all lots have premiums or all lots remaining at least. Hardware standard finishes are chrome and he says nobody likes those, so all those are upgrades, otherwise it looks like the basic run of the mill tract home builder.
