I own a TB home down the road in another community, not too far from Headwaters. Their contractors are very average, I'd say some even below average. I'm redoing the tile in my bathroom because some of my tiles look like they were cut with an old blade, they are chipped around the edges. TB will fight tooth and nail to not fulfill costly warranty repairs. The slope on my side yard is not up to standards and when it rains a lot, I have a pool of water accumulated there.
