We bought and lot and house from Toll Brothers in Anthem Ranch Broomfield Coloradotwo + years ago for 1.3m. Problems and defects too many to count. A constant fight with Toll to get issues resolved especially water drainage. Cheap construction cheap finishes sketchy personnel. Corporate culture of deception and lies.
