Terrible builders they just let their people do what ever they want. The quality is terrible and they do nothing to help or compensate the terribleness they present to their customers.
This is the 4th home we have built, Toll Brothers is hands down the worst home builder we have ever dealt with. We moved into our home May of 2023 and had a handful of items that needed to be addressed prior to moving in, missing trim pieces, touch up paint, small water leak, etc. Nothing major, just some small repairs that needed to be performed by the Builder. Moved in to Denali Estates 6 months ago. House is built well, but they will not fix anything. Even simple stuff like a plastic vent cover has now been "broken" for 5 months - will not spend the 2 minutes it takes to fix that, much less anything that is more substantial like the dented floors and shower doors that do not close.
DO NOT TRUST ANYONE IN THIS COMPANY Currently under contract and honestly by far the worst experience. I went through 2 different sales reps, construction manager and found Alcohol hidden in dangerous areas where it can cause fire. Concrete in the garage cracked after 1 month of them installing and in the building process since 4th quarter of 2022! Stay away and save yourself a headache! Beautiful homes but very cheap material being used in them. Let alone I’m spending $1.1M with them.
