We had nothing but horrible services with Toll Brothers Michael Sallee and Lance Shelton the construction contractor. We closed on our home June 2023 we were under one year warranty when we notice that our flooring was turning black. The first floors has moisture in the concrete per Toll Brothers inspector after six months back and forth. We were told it’s an act of nature from rain and they would not repair the damage of our wood planks.
